I had a great stay here. The room was very clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the price was unbeatable for the quality. Everything was easy, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. Highly recommend!
The rooms were very well maintained. The hotel itself is nice. The service was great. Checked us in early so we could go enjoy the sights. The location wasn't convenient to the expressway to get to the Denver airport.
Nice and clean hotel, very central to most anything you would want to do in the area. I will say the owner cares a lot about this location, doing many upgrades to an already nice facility to make guests even happier.
Comfortable rooms but very noisy due to proximity to the freeway. They do have a message up that they are in the process of putting in better sound proofing windows. Parking lot is big but has some potholes that need addressing.
The room was clean & comfortable, we did not hear any "hotel" noise and slept great. Our room was facing the highway, I'm generally a light sleeper, but I put in earplugs and the noise did not disturb my sleep. The staff was friendly, they have many breakfast options. The fitness room was clean and enjoyable. we had an early morning on Sunday and breakfast didn't start till 7, however staff was kind and let us grab yogurt and chocolate milk from fridge. Parking lot is small, if you have a trailer you will need to park on street. We parked next to bank for two nights with UTV on trailer with no issues, during the day we dropped and left trailer in parking lot and no issues there either. There is an empty back parking lot the hotel doesn't own with fencing all around it, it would be a great purchase for additional parking for guest.
Less than a mile from downtown area. Easy parking (and free!), got a nice room and it's quiet enough. Breakfast pretty standard for holiday inn but free breakfast can't complain! Convenient to get where you need to go in COS
I had an absolutely fantastic stay here. The room was spotless, the staff were genuinely warm and helpful, and the price felt like a steal for the level of comfort and quality. Stayed here for business in Room 424 (King Suite) and had a great experience overall. The room was spacious, clean, and well-organized, perfect for a work trip. Only design flaw: the light switch for the kitchenette is by the main door, so you have to walk back out to turn the lights off at night—bit inconvenient but not a deal-breaker. Breakfast is the most unique I’ve had at a Holiday Inn Express—they sometimes offer hot tortillas and hash browns so you can build your own breakfast burrito. Really enjoyed that touch, but please add salsa. Ketchup and hot sauce don’t cut it if you’re offering burritos. Glad to see the classic cinnamon rolls were back this time too. Friendly staff, quiet stay, and very good overall value. One warning: be extra careful exiting the parking lot onto Spruce Street—the incline is steep and you will scrape the bottom of your car if you’re not slow and precise. Would definitely stay again.
